- Whistleblower Policy: Ensures confidentiality and prohibits retaliation against those reporting in good faith.
All employees must adhere to national and international laws applicable to the company’s operations. Ignorance of the law is not a defense.
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, legal proceedings, or both.
Employees are expected to maintain professionalism, act responsibly, and perform their duties in a manner that upholds RK Infracorp’s reputation.
We are committed to a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and bullying. Employees must treat colleagues with respect and fairness.
RK Infracorp does not tolerate harassment of any form, including but not limited to:

Company-provided technology must be used responsibly and primarily for business purposes. Misuse, including unauthorized access, cyber threats, or inappropriate content, is prohibited.
Employees must not consume or possess alcohol or drugs in the workplace. Exceptions may apply for company-sanctioned events where alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation.
